"The dental staff were really good, but twice I had the billing department say my cost for a procedure would be one price out of pocket and twice it was 3x more than they said. I'd expect them to understand medical billing and take into account procedures that have already occurred in the year but no, and far from apologetic at that. Again, the hygienist and dentists were good, but I have zero faith in the billing department to get any of it right."
