Within walking distance, about 10 minutes (750 m) you can access the beach and the town, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants, banks, and hospitals, as well as bus stops connecting to Malaga.

La Cala is a quiet place, with long well-equipped sandy beaches. The promenade is wide, reaching the neighboring town of Rincón de la Victoria. In its numerous restaurants, you can enjoy regional fish specialties.

About a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive you can reach the Rincón de la Victoria shopping center, with multiplexes, Carrefour hypermarket, and shops (Zara, Cortefiel, etc.).

The easiest way to get there is by car. La Cala can also be reached from Malaga by bus to the town (about 20 minutes) and a 10-15 minute walk to the house.

From the cove, you can take a bus directly to "El Palo", the first neighborhood in Malaga on the East coast, located 2 km away. The center of Malaga is located just 8 km away. Malaga has a wide range of cultural and gastronomic offerings.

The tenant declares to have carried out the inspection of the rented property, checking that it is in perfect condition and committing to:

- keep the house in perfect condition during the rental period stipulated by both parties and leaving it at the end of the same in the same state of cleanliness, unless they request the assistance of cleaning staff at their expense.

- make appropriate and reasonable use of the comfort means at their disposal (heating, air conditioning, ...) and household appliances and furniture in the house,

- notify the owner, as soon as possible, in case of breakdown, damage, or accident that may occur in the house during their stay,

- not cause inconvenience to neighbors or organize events attended by people outside the rental.

- and respect the internal regulations of the property, if the house is part of a community, residence, or urbanization.

The tenant may not make any copies of the keys to the rented property.
