When it comes to engine reconditioning, we follow a meticulous process. Heads are stripped, cleaned, and tested for cracks and hardness. We provide our customers with a detailed report on the work required. Crankshafts are cleaned, crack tested, and either ground to undersize or polished. For performance engines, we offer balancing services to ensure smooth operation throughout the rev ranges. Rods are thoroughly checked for cracks, alignment, length, and bore sizes. The block goes through machining and may be painted before assembly.
