"STAY AWAY from Spark Napier what ever you do. I was there today and 2 staff members told me separately that my phone was no longer functional , I would loose all my contacts Apps and data. They signed me up for a new phone at $650. I went across the road to Instant Tech Solutions and the helpful owner had my old phone fully functional in less than 30 seconds. I went back to Spark and got a refund in full and a very insincere apology from the manager. Yes I am a pensioner and they saw me as a mug and signed me up for a new phone and thus collect commission or rewards STAY AWAY"
