If you have been dismissed, disadvantaged, or discriminated against, and the incident(s) took place on or after the 10th of June, 2023, you may be eligible to raise a personal grievance.

Our first step is to offer you a FREE Review, where we will thoroughly assess your situation and provide you with the necessary guidance. After receiving the results of this review, if you decide to proceed with your case, we invite you to book an interview with us. Please note that not all matters require an interview, and we will inform you if it is necessary during our call.

In order to ensure a fair and unbiased process, we strongly recommend that you never attend a disciplinary meeting alone. It is crucial to have an independent person accompany you. However, be aware that taking a co-worker or a manager might not be in your best interest if they are potential witnesses in your case. Many individuals are hesitant to provide evidence later on, which can greatly impact your case.
