"stopped by to pick up a money wire with their western union, and was denied; apparently a passport, driver's license, travel itinerary, and credit card were not enough to prove my identity. the lady even pointed at the western union board and told me i didn't have enough documentation, when it clearly showed that i had MORE than enough per their own guidelines. she spoke extremely broken english and had a lot of difficulty communicating with me. if you're coming to pick up some smokes or a snack, sure, great...but if you're trying to do anything more complicated than that here, try your luck somewhere else. absolutely awful."
