Just make sure to use a minimum 18kg washer and check the care label for specific washing instructions. Most feather duvets can be washed on a gentle warm or normal warm cycle and dried in our dryers on high temperature. To aid in drying, we recommend adding 2 clean tennis balls to help break up the feathers or down.

For animal owners, we have dedicated animal blanket machines. These 28kg super large washers have special pet blanket wash cycles, featuring extra pre-wash and rinse steps. If you're wondering about using bleach to wash your duvets, it is possible but only if the filling is feather or down. Please check the care label first and ensure the wash cycle is warm and gentle for safety. Wool items, on the other hand, can be washed on a cold gentle cycle but cannot be tumble dried. They need to be air dried, preferably flat.

For those with wool-filled duvets or woolrests, we recommend using a minimum 18kg washer and checking the care label first. These items can be washed but only on a gentle cold cycle. They should not be dried and need to be air dried only.
