At Movement Works, we don't offer exercise in the traditional sense. Instead, we guide you towards easy, natural, and pain-free ways of performing everyday activities such as walking, turning, sitting, bending, lifting, and reaching. Our goal is to improve your overall movement regardless of your age or current stage of life, even if you've tried everything else.
We are proud to offer Awareness Through Movement® classes both in person and online, welcoming individuals of all levels. Additionally, our hands-on sessions and programs are tailored to your specific needs, ensuring you receive personalized attention and guidance.

Sarah helps you understand how your body is designed to move and reveals the connection between your brain and effortless, pain-free, and amazing movement.
We understand that your story, body, and way of moving are unique, just like your fingerprints. Therefore, we do not apply a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we listen to your story, assess your movement, and help you gain a better understanding of yourself, your habits, and your movement patterns.
Through our guidance, you will activate your awareness and learn to listen to your body cues in a new way. You will improve your posture, balance, breathing, and much more. We will help you uncover any habits that cause discomfort or tension, enabling you to move with greater ease and comfort. Additionally, we will equip you with simple, practical tools and movement practices to prevent pain, re-injury, and take care of yourself.
