"I've had to use a plumber 3 times in the last 3 months, damnit. The first time I gave MEP a call and they were able to send someone out the next day and sorted out the water always running into the toilet. The next time was because of a crack in the toilet cistern, it was leaking badly and they turned up same day that time! Finally the toilet just needed replacement and they turned up when they said they would and did an excellent job. I've been very impressed with their communication, the quality of the work and the fact they turn up when they say they'll turn up. We'll use them again should we need to."
"Simon came around yesterday and sorted out a rusted pipe. Now i have amazing hot water pressure. He tidied up after himself, fixed a couple of other bits and bobs. Dog also loved him. Thanks Simon had a shower to die for this morning. Highly recommend."

"Used them several times. The quality was OK. However plumber never had the parts despite reviewing job on site. I had to pay for him to go get them. Pipe was charged at about 4 times Bunnings retail price. Plumber showed up earlier than scheduled and I had to pay for him waiting around. Took 2.5 hours to install faucet and drain (seems too long for a professional - 20 parts most screw together.)"
