We continue to uphold the same hand-made brines, natural wood smoking, and drying processes that create our signature crispy and flavorful bacon.

In addition to our exceptional bacon and ham, we also offer an array of other mouthwatering products. From succulent pork roasts to savory sausages and beef, we have something to satisfy every meat lover's palate. For added convenience, we provide meat packs and take orders for collection in-store from Monday to Friday, between 7.30am and 4pm.

Our establishment is not limited to just a store. We also boast a state-of-the-art kitchen on levels 1-3, where we host culinary courses. Whether you're an aspiring chef or simply passionate about cooking, our courses offer a unique opportunity to learn the art of sausage making and other culinary skills. The kitchen operates from 7.30am to 2pm, Monday to Friday, on levels 1-2.
