"Most disappointing massage I've ever had. Got there 10 mins early to be left sitting waiting in the waiting room past my appointment start time & had to ask if I was in the right place & who I was seeing. When I was finally showed where I was to go, he was sitting there waiting unaware I was there waiting all that time! Was there initially for a 60 min sports massage, I nearly jumped off the table as his hands were ICE GOLD on my back in the middle of NZ winter. No music, candles, ambience at all! As for the massage, I expect it to be hard & his touch was SO light my 8YO can do it harder. I said you can use more pressure but he said "I like to start off light" but it never increased. It was all over 40 mins later which would normally be unacceptable in itself that it was cut short by 20mins, but the massage was so terrible & I felt no better than when i left so I missed nothing by leaving early. First & last time visit here for me, definitely NOT what I'd call a massage at all. More like a gentle back squeeze that a toddler could do."

"Currently I am receiving physio for my post op ACL reconstruction. During my recovery right after surgery, Tash was on hand to guide me through the initial struggles and help get my knee moving again. I am now coming up, 5 months post OP and am tracking earlier with my recovery to what would be considered "Normal". I put this down to the experience and the individually tailored physiotherapy Tash has provided. Having the mobile clinic and being able to meet at gyms locally is such a bonus too!"
