At Family Physio, we have two clinics in Tauranga, Papamoa, and a team of six experienced physiotherapists dedicated to treating the whole family. We are registered with ACC, so you do not need a referral to come and see us - simply give us a call and pop in.

We are here to support you at every stage of your journey, offering pre and postnatal services, menopausal support, and tailored exercise programs. We also provide specialized clinics to address complex issues.

With the correct diagnosis, effective treatment, and a robust exercise plan, we can get you moving again. We understand the importance of preparing the body for surgery and providing adequate pain management and mobilization techniques afterward.

One of our notable programs is the PINC Cancer Rehabilitation Program, dedicated to improving the strength and quality of life for women diagnosed with cancer. We also offer 'Shockwave' therapy, a proven and researched therapy effective for muscular injuries and acute and chronic tendon issues.

We're excited to introduce our new Escalated Spine Care Pathway in conjunction with Active for ACC clients who require customized support to recover from back or neck injuries. This initiative provides fully-funded, free access to an integrated team of health professionals to ensure you get the help you need when you need it. Before starting, you will have an initial assessment with one of our trained Spine Care physiotherapists to determine the level of care you require.
