"Waited 20 mins for my order... not really acceptable. I get that it was busy but you need to hire more staff to avoid this. This isn't the first instance of waiting this long either, as I'm regular into bayfair, I often see people waiting 15-20 mins before they finally get their food. That being said, at least the food they make is hot & fresh 80% of the time."
