At The Doctors Gascoigne, we offer a range of services to cater to your healthcare needs. Whether you require a consultation with your preferred doctor or nurse, virtual consults via phone or video, or in-person appointments, we have you covered. Our practice is open from 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

During these challenging times, we understand the importance of prioritizing your health and safety. That's why we offer Covid-19 tests, results, consultations, and vaccinations. Many of our consults are conducted virtually, ensuring your convenience and minimizing the risk of exposure. If you have any Covid-19 symptoms, please inform us when booking your appointment and follow the necessary protocols when visiting our practice, including wearing a mask and scanning in.

We strive to make your healthcare journey as seamless as possible. Enrolled patients can register for our patient portal, Manage My Health (MMH), allowing you to book appointments, including flu vaccinations, at any time, 24/7. Our secure and confidential portal is designed to provide you with fast and easy access to our services.

If you require urgent after-hours medical care, our highly trained triage nurses are available to provide medical advice and guide you to an appropriate Urgent Care after-hours service. Simply call our practice, and your call will be answered promptly.

We understand that healthcare services come at a cost, and we aim to ensure that all our patients benefit from any funded services they are eligible for. While some services and fees are in place to cover the costs of providing healthcare, we always strive to offer free and subsidised care to New Zealand residents. Visitors from countries such as the UK and New Zealand may also be eligible for these services under reciprocal agreements.

Payment for our services can be made securely using various methods, including credit or debit cards, internet banking, cash, eftpos, or credit card payments. Payment is due on the day of your appointment.
