It features two bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a super king bed and another bedroom with two king single bunks. If you require mobility and accessibility, make sure to book villa 4, which has been designed to the latest standards.
For larger families and groups, our family villa is the ideal choice. With four bedrooms, including two master bedrooms with super king beds and two bedrooms with king single bunks, this villa sleeps eight people. To book the family villa, please reserve villa's 2 and 3 during your booking process.
If you prefer a more intimate setting, our studio offers a quality super king bed, a spacious living space with built-in seating, and a full wet room bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a benchtop oven, fridge, dishwasher, and all necessary amenities. The studio is fully double glazed, ensuring a warm and cozy stay with a heat pump for colder months or a refreshing coolness during the summer. This property can also be split into two dwellings, with a five-bedroom, two-bathroom section and a separate two-bedroom, one-bathroom annexe for those who prefer separate accommodations.

"Our night at 305 in The Vines wasn’t long enough! From the moment we drove up to the cottage we were in awe. It is very clear that each and every detail has been thought about. The cottage was modern, homely and such a different experience than staying in a hotel or motor lodge. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rainfall shower was bliss. Seeing the Real World products available throughout the cottage was such a welcome surprise and a credit to the sustainable choices that the owners have made. The complementary wine, cheese and crackers was the icing on the cake! This has to be Havelock North’s best accomodation. Will be recommending to family and friends for sure. Thank you so much!"
"Had a 3 night stay with 3 other couples for a wedding at Black Barn Awesome location, great proximity to Wineries and Havelock North. The cleanliness of the villas was 5 Star, the functionality was 5 star, the privacy was top draw and the outlook onto the vines reminded me of Napa Valley USA. Great kitchen facilities, excellent en-suite and superb beds. Definitely will be back and will tell everyone of the wonderful hosting."
