"Got the job done but overcharged me on the invoice by almost double what it should have cost. These guys don’t realise I work across the road & watched them all morning, job took 3 hours with them moving slow standing around drinking coffee but charged me for 5 hours labour this including a lunch break at a whopping $120 per hour plus gst & $120 for transfer case oil which should only cost $25 a bottle - I mean cmon 2 X $60 why would it need 2 bottles it only takes 1 litre of oil! This is not how you get repeat customers. Hawkes bay is a small place you won’t get far being dishonest. Won’t be going back or recommending your business. Absolute rip off!"
