"Very disappointed with the service. The State Highway 1 was closed due to snow and ice so I was delayed bringing my car back. I called Ezi Rental x3 times that morning advising of the situation. I was told I could have a later drop off time and wouldn't be charged additional costs. They ended up charging me for a whole day when I dropped the car off 30 minutes after the grace period. The response from the team when I followed up on this was rude and not taking into account all of these factors. They refused to refund me and argued with me that there was no miscommunication on their part. Wouldn't recommend."

The instructions staff guided me where to pick up the vehicle and drop off on the return date very clear and exceptionally helpful. The car I rented Toyota Corolla hatchback served me well on the road trip exploring the Otago region. Blue tooth compatibility, economical on petrol and comfort, very clean and exceptional road handling through weather conditions in heavy rain, wind, sun, mountain, rural and city areas during the day and night driving."
