"Despite the many mistakes of the delivery couriers, the people at the depot were friendly and very helpful."
"Such horrendous service. Don’t bother with them. My parcels this time (not the first!) have now waited 4 days for pickup (scheduled for Monday, it is now Friday). I rang NZ Post yesterday, waited 45 mins till my call was answered, to be told they would contact the driver and have them let me know when and if they would arrive - heard nothing and STILL no one showed up. This is in addition to the three parcels lost over the past few months. I will now have to take them into a Post office to get (hopefully!) get away on the courier. I now try to use Aramex whenever I can as they are prompt and arrive daily for parcel pickups."
"Terrible slow service, an overnight package took 5 days to deliver to countdown as a drop off point, courier then responded that the business at the delivery address was closed. Rang for update, told we'd hear back by the end of the day, nothing. Asked for package to be collected from depot but they then proceeded to deliver it to countdown instead so redirection ignored."
"My parcel has been sitting on their shelf for 6 days now, waiting for courier!! I go there in person with ID, tracking number, proof of purchase, etc., but I am denied my parcel, which I paid for and belongs to me! Beyond ridiculous!! Still waiting for it!"
"Asked nicely to get a parcel that was sent to the wrong address by supplier retrieved and sent back to the PBT depot. they ignored the email from PBT and delivered the parcel to the wrong address anyway. customer service werent helpful over the phone either."
