"If there was a category for no stars this would be selected. My family was the recipient of a few floral arrangements from family and close friends from this business for a bereavement. I do not usually place reviews. I didn't want the same thing to happen to someone else. Therefore, I write this on behalf of disappointed family / friends. This business has since changed ownership. The previous owner was respected and honest. We are extremely disappointed the arrangements sent were not worth the value paid ie.over $150 especially when the person sending these as gift does not see end product. The ceramic planter actually was only cardboard & arrangement had minimal flowers. Don't be fooled by their photos. I would purchase elsewhere. There are definitely other more creditable florists in Dunedin. It is not worth the hassle/ time consuming exercise. Also, they are a florist in the Petals website. BUYER BEWARE!!! Hope this helps."
