"A beautiful place of history, a must see if in Napier day or evening."
"Beautiful light display in the evening from 8pm to midnight every night."
"Nice enough fountain with free parking and toilets nearby. It lights up at night."
"The Tom Parker Fountain is located near the Pania of the Reef statue at Napiers Marine Parade. It is one of the most spectacular water fountains in New Zealand. In the evening, water features and colored lighting changes enchant the viewer. The fountain was built in 1936."
"The fountain is located between the Soundshell plaza and the War Memorial, walking through a nice garden area. The Pania of the Reed statue is beside the fountain. The fountain is quite large. The bottom area is much bigger than the fountain area. The water inside the fountain is quite blue. The fountain looks quite nice sitting above the water. You can kinda see the spray from the soundshell area. It was windy and wet when I was there so the water trickling from the fountain was being blown away but it was something interesting to look at."
