We suggest scheduling their first visit two weeks after their last set of vaccinations. During this visit, we will introduce your puppy to the sights, sounds, and smells of our grooming salon in a relaxed and fun manner, ensuring future visits are stress-free. Our Wash and Tidy service is the perfect first groom, as it is not overwhelming for your little one.

To ensure the safety of both our groomers and your dog, we recommend dropping off your furry friend at their scheduled appointment time and returning once the grooming is complete. This allows our groomers to focus on providing the best care without any distractions.

The frequency of grooming sessions will depend on the length and type of your pet's coat, which can be assessed during your appointment. Our earliest appointment is at 8 am, with the last appointment available at 2:30 pm.
