"The fact that Pandora cancels your order if not picked up in 5 days is really disappointing. I ordered and paid for a bracelet & charm online in the Black Friday sales as a Christmas present for my daughter. I couldn’t get into town that without her with me that week so I went to collect it the following Monday and found out they have a policy to cancel PAID orders if not collected with in 5 days. Refund takes 5 days to process back onto credit card and you’re then expected to re purchase at the full price. Pretty disappointing experience."
