"I (based in Wellington) ordered a headboard from a company in Auckland who uses Southern furniture movers for all their deliveries. Order was collected and I was told it would arrive in approx 1 week. It’s now been 5 weeks…… I have spoken with the furniture company multiple times asking for the whereabouts of my item, to be told it’s heading to Dunedin, then told we need to “locate” it at the Wellington depot, to then being promised it would be delivered at very latest Wednesday-Friday of week 4. Still not here. Then promised Monday and to my surprise - still not delivered. I have dealt with multiple different people over the phone, some who were fine and others with terrible customer service. Not impressed in the slightest and a very unhappy customer."
