"Seems like such a simple thing to have prices for your service on your website WHICH YOU DO NOT I think many people like myself would, as i did, close page and find something else for my children to do this is basic 101 simple stuff guys put a price for sessions. Yes I even went to buy tickets and still no price visible you must lose soooo much business because you dont have prices up on site sort it out guys"
"Only open 12-3pm in the school holidays. I was not aware of this as the website search on Google says open 9pm to 5pm. I took kids at 2pm expecting a few hours of skating but was surprised when the rink closes to the public at 3pm. Kids paid $5 for a skating aide at 2:50pm. No-one ever told us they close at 3pm. I was told I need to check out the calendar on their website for open to the public times."
"We had such a good time curling and cocktailing for our Christmas Party. Staff were so friendly and helpful."
"I took the kids down over the holidays. Purchased our tickets online. When we got there I asked about grabbing a polarsled. The staff member told us that there is a bond and cost associated with it, I had forgotten my card so asked if we could pay with google pay or online that is how I purchased tickets, we were told no. I asked if we could purchase another item e.g. another ticket and have the cost credited over. Again she wouldn't help. This meant that I was holding a 4 year old up while he had his first time ice skating falling everywhere. We left early because of this. When I got home I reviewed the ticket and a polarsled was supposed to be free and included. So I've blown my back out , Junior didn't learn to skate and our time at the rink was limited because of this. Really disappointed with how this turned out, not being provided with the sled was one thing, but the lack of pragmatism in finding a solution is quite telling."
"Great place for skate and bumper car on very reasonable charges"
