To maintain a safe and healthy environment for all our guests, we have a strict vaccination policy in place. We kindly ask all pet owners to adhere to this policy to avoid any mix-ups or potential health risks.

Additionally, we offer flexible arrangements for drop-off and pick-up times, allowing you to accommodate your schedule. However, please note that our charges are based on a 24-hour period, and there are no half-day charges available. It is important to choose a drop-off and pick-up time that aligns with your needs to avoid any discrepancies in your bill.

As of February 1st, 2023, our prices will be adjusted to reflect the increasing costs of running our business. We strive to provide the best care possible for your pets, and these adjustments are necessary to maintain our high standards. Please be aware of these changes when making your reservations.

In addition to our boarding services, we also offer dog day care for those who require it. This service is available for $25.00 per day, and we kindly ask that you bring your pet's breakfast in a bag. Please note that dog day care is not available during peak times, so we recommend booking ahead to secure a spot.

We also offer bathing services for dogs, with prices varying depending on the size of your pet and the condition of their coat. Small to medium-sized dogs can expect to pay between $30 and $40, while larger breeds and extra-large dogs may be charged between $50 and $60.

In the event that your pet requires a visit to the vet during their stay, please be aware that there will be a travelling charge based on the distance traveled. Our team will ensure that your pet receives the necessary care, but please keep in mind that additional charges may apply.

Lastly, we would like to inform our valued customers that starting from April 1st, 2021, there will be a $2.00 price increase for all boarding services. We strive to provide the best care for your pets, and this adjustment is necessary to accommodate the rising costs of running our business.
