"I popped in to Saddlery Warehouse this week while we were in Dunedin and just wanted to say how brilliant Kim is. She helped me find new boots for my daughter and a bag load of other goodies for me, she hung out and "shopped" with my little girl so I could do a bit of real shopping too which is absolutely above and beyond. So much fun we came back the next day. On top of this there's a great range of options for all budgets, we'll definitely be coming in next time we are there."

"Won't purchase anything here again. I brought a lead rope which after two weeks the clip had sized. All refunds and faults have to go through head office. After six days of being fed up with no response I phoned the shop. There was no way they would refund the item however they have replaced it. I didn't want a replacement as obviously they were of poor quality. They should be able to deal with issues on site."
