Welcome to Sunny Days Licensed Early Childhood Education and Care Centre, located at 30 Barker Road in Napier, New Zealand. We are an establishment that aims to provide children with a solid foundation of education, confidence, self-esteem, and culture before they start school.

Sunny Days is a purpose-built centre with separate indoor and outdoor spaces specifically designed to cater to the needs of children of different ages. Our facilities offer a relaxed and friendly environment where children have the opportunity to socialize, learn, and have fun. We believe that children learn best through play, and therefore, we provide them with free access to a wide variety of learning experiences.

At Sunny Days, children are guided through interesting topics that engage them in a range of activities such as dramatic play, construction, painting, and drawing. We believe that when children actively participate in their own learning, they become highly motivated and develop a genuine love for learning.

Since our inception in the early eighties, the Napier Family Centre has continuously expanded its services to meet the identified needs of the community. Today, we are proud to be one of the largest non-governmental providers of social services in Napier. Our mission is to provide services that support children and families throughout their journey in life, and our values of integrity, teamwork, innovation, and compassion guide all our actions and decisions.

We understand that as a parent, choosing the right childcare and early education for your child is a significant decision. We believe that positive experiences in early learning help children build a strong foundation for becoming lifelong confident learners. That is why we offer Bright Futures home-based childcare and learning for children aged 0-5 years. This program combines the benefits of a small group setting with regular interactions with a wider group through excellent playgroup facilities.
