"The enrollment process was smooth, and everyone was helpful and supportive with everything. Unfortunately, my family is currently facing hard economic times, and I had to help them. For these personal reasons, I had to withdraw my application, after trying to obtain options for scholarships that were never answered. Surprisingly or not, the response I received lacked the humanity I did not expect. I am not saying that I wanted my studies for free, but the answer I received from the academic registry lacked empathy, which will make me reflect on whether I want to return to them when my situation improves."
"Absolutely brilliant service tonight. Our National bird show members are a very busy group. Your team really stepped up and work so well together. I really appreciate it a highly recommend using your facility again. The kai was fantastic! Thankyou"
"Despite being run like a government department, the facilities are modern and spacious, and the staff are personable and as helpful as they can be. Ask lots of questions and keep going till whatever you are trying to do (like enrolment) is complete. It's a system. The people are helpful, but the system is opaque and needs a lot of help to navigate. And finally, the OP students are approachable and more friendly than University."
"I did Business Administration, and computing Level 2, in 2011. The course was free. This is not my genuine field of interest, however, i did well with the help of encouraging tutors. They were very nice. I passed everything, and i did get National NZQA certificate. Thank you.:)."
"My friends would give this place 0 stars if they could. They had a very Very unprintable experience here. My friend aspired to be a football coach and the way the then disability services head treated her was deplorable. The disability services head was an extremely patronizing person. What she did to my two good friends won't be forgotten it has had such an effect on their lives. I wish my friend who aspired to be a football coach had been alive to see her leave we would have loved to see the relief on her face. Just wish someone had warned the person who was responsible for linking them together what she was really like then things would have been so much different."
