"My package arrived at their depot Wednesday early morning. Since then I've had a email Wednesday night saying will deliver Thursday. Then a email Thursday afternoon saying will deliver Friday. Then a email Friday afternoon saying will deliver Saturday. Can't ring them As no phone number on their website. Ive e-mailed them and they don't reply!!"

"Napier's branch is sadly a really dysfunctional company that will no doubt be out of business. Twice I have had packages delivered from Auckland that have got stuck at their depot for weeks with no communication. They don't seem to have any system for delivering these - you cannot get through on the phones and if you do the promises to call back once they find package just don't happen. I have deadlines that have been missed as a result of this incompetence. Could I ask suppliers to avoid using this freight company until they are able to sort their systems out? It is not fair on customers who end up virtually powerless."

"I ordered a shed from Trade Tested at the end of January 2023 (Napier). Delivery was planned mid February and then cyclone Gabriel hit the region causing massive disruption. I accepted this as I live in the area myself and realised that the Napier depot was in an area directly affected. I waited a few weeks and contacted Fliways to arrange delivery. The consignment was delivered on the 15th March however one item was still outstanding (at the depot) and I was informed it would follow shortly. This never happened. I attempted to ring the depot multiple times without answer and I contacted Trade Tested to also contact the courier. Still no response from Fliways. I then informed the supplier that I wanted my money back if there was no resolution within a week (now end of March). In despair I travelled to the depot and asked where my shed parts were. The team at the depot were very helpful, as we (the Fliways search party) searched the warehouse. I noted that there wasn’t any shelving or any meaningful location of anything; they just knew that they had received the consignments. I recommended that perhaps we looked at the labels on the boxes and at one point we opened the roller shutter door to see the labels facing a closed door (blue sky thinking). The search party was becoming discouraged by the lack of success and the general mood became quite low. I had other business to attend to so I asked for them to print out the consignment ticket (as it wasn’t easy to find on the system) and ring my mobile if they found it. I got them to promise to continue the search and ring me multiple times before I left. Thirty minutes later I got the call that they had found the remaining shed consignment. The team at the depot seemed elated by their success. I made arrangements to return later that day. My UTE was not really suitable as the heavy box stuck out of the back but I didn’t want to make further journeys or disappointed deliveries. I’m happy that we got a shared outcome. I have the shed I want to build and the team at the Napier depot have managed to reduce the number of stored boxes by one. Can the team have a racking and inventory location system and the means to safely move heavy items ?"

"This has got to be the worst delivery company ever made noone answers the phone and noone can help with anything."
