"Not impressed for numerous reasons mainly the container units were very difficult to open and close due to paint build-up. I moved to a smaller unit and asked for a cash refund. I was ignored and without informing me they added the excess money to my rental and therefore weren't allowed a refund. The code machine to gain access through the main door was broken and has still been broken for a month. Therefore at weekends, you have to walk to the other entrance and back inside to open it up."
