"We booked for return transport from rotorua to waiotapu thermal park this morning, and it was the worst travel we had so far in New Zealand. The tour guide Christine drives so dangerously and she doesn't know how to engage with us, and she just kept on talking on her own. She is so unorganised that we nearly missed the Lady Knox. She made everyone in the van so confused with their itineraries. She is so unprofessional."
"I have spent a few days in Rotorua last weekend and went on a couple of day trips with Headfirst. All my drivers were so nice and friendly! They just love their country and like to share their knowledge with travellers from all over the world. I did not know a lot about the geothermal activity in Rotorua before my trip to be honest, so it was really interesting for me. :-) Besides that, the activities were amazing! I did the Black Water Rafting at Waitomo, went to Hobbiton and the Thermal Wonderland of Wai-O-Tapu - AMAZING! :-) Thank you so much for this great time :-)"

"I truly loved my daytour with headfirst towards the legendary black water rafting and hobbiton soooooo much. Mustafa is the best tour guide!! What a great guy. On the black water rafting you're on a tube in a river in the mountain, 65 meter underground, doing two small waterfall drops and watching many glowworms down there. Adorable. For me the real highlight of the day was hobbiton. OMG, that place is magical. I loved my tour in the shrine. Amazing how many details they've put in there. I would give this your 6 stars if possible: 5 stars and Mustafa is the 6th star because he's the best guide!"
"Not sure I can rave about this company enough... My friend and I booked the Waitomo Wanderer tour on a whim when we arrived to Auckland and we could not have been happier with the choice. Though not the biggest tour operator out of Auckland, the small group size and personal attention we received on our trip was fantastic! Our tour guide, Leonie, made us feel right at home and had us laughing and smiling throughout the entire trip... quite the feat considering we started at 6:30 in the morning! It is a very full day seeing a couple of the Waitomo caves and Hobbiton, but absolutely worth it. The weather was perfect, which just made the day even more special. Bring a book or some music for the bus ride and be ready for a great time!"
