I just described what I was looking for and the very friendly and competent employee helped me to find my dream guitar exactly with all the features I wanted and in my budget. While staying calm, attentive and very professional all the time. There was a costumer having an issue with a special discount product, they handled them with respect and very gentle without being rude. Nice to witness how they treat even complicated situations. Further on I got my bundle with guitar, strings, belt and bag all nicely put together and left with a huge smile on my face. To this day astonished by the beautiful instrument!"
"Great shop for drummers, guitarists and electronic gear. The staff really know their music and are also great musicians. Will get stuff in if necessary and good feedback when waiting on delivery. I've used them a lot. Recently bought a 245 that's a great guitar. Had trouble with getting a case to fit but the guys at rockshop spent some time testing all their cases till they found one that worked. A shop I can spend a lot of time in just admiring the gear.
