"Ordered a couch in January 2022, it is now June 2022…. I am still waiting on the couch, would not recommend ordering from big save at all, 6 months to still be waiting for the couch is beyond a joke. The staff are fantastic though, have been doing the best they can. However the problem seems to be coming from upper management as they do not seem to have their act together with starting new systems with out proper due diligence because in April I got a text to say I would be getting my couch, called the store to arrange the time, the lovely staff told me it’s still in the north island??? Overall I would highly recommend the staff but this is a terrible company, will not be ordering from big save again."
