"Not very impressed. First of all, I had to contact the store to get them to process my order. Maybe it's my error for assuming they would have swift click and collect, like their competition do. I live 50km+/- out of Dunedin and required the item in a timely manner, hence not opting for freight. Second, the salesman in store gave my partner, who collected my items, a hard time. Not acceptable. Third issue is also related to customer service. I ordered an air compressor, air hose, and duster gun. The gun does not fit the hose and there is no mention of any additional fittings required. They're just incompatible. Furthermore, the website doesn't mention whether air hose is included. You'd think that would be in the product description, seeing as a compressor is useless without a hose. So, tomorrow I'll have to make the trip to Dunedin specifically, just to find out what else I need to attach my duster gun to my air hose. Fourth and final issue, is with the product quality. I have attached photos of the rough flashings left behind from the casting process, and had to take to the handle with a file in order to fit it into its bracket. The rear wheels are very loose and wobbly, meaning the compressor doesn't sit nicely on the floor but rather wobbles. I suppose you get what you pay for, $299 is a reasonable price for what I need it for, but it's clear that very little care or quality control is undertaken during the manufacturing process. Taking all this into account, this will be both my first, and last time dealing with the ToolShed Dunedin store, and likely the ToolShed company as a whole."
