"A first time customer. Had come away from the Testing Station with a bodywork fail for rust in a very awkward to assess windscreen area. On the verge of quitting the nearly 35 year old L300 van, but an email and a few photos to Tom, his responses were positive and honest. Easy and obliging, kept me informed with series of photos once the screen was out. Damage and repair was going to be less complicated than I feared and others had predicted. Couple of days later, good job, neatly done, successfully passed the retest. Easy to deal with, a fairly priced and hopefully lasting repair for a vehicle showing its weathered old age. Recommend!"
