"Wow, wow, wow! Had my car in with another supplier for a WOF which it failed due to break issues which they couldn't see to for four days. Phoned Pit Stop - Tim said bring it straight down right away. The repair took 20 minutes, they did a new WOF as I didn't want to take it back to the other place ... so welcoming, so professional, very considerate and as a woman was treated with absolute respect. I will 100% be going back here and they have earned my loyalty. If I could give them higher ratings I would. Oh - and they kept the cost down for me given I had already paid for a WOF with the other place, I didn't expect this and would have happily paid the cost of the repair, but they insisted."
