"We stopped in for lunch on Monday on arriving in Hawkes Bay for a brief holiday. The staff were very helpful in sorting out food that would meet my dietary requirements offering me gluten free options for gravy and cheese sauce to go with a large and delicious portion of roast beef with vegetables. I can definitely recommend them as a lovely place to eat especially if you have dietary needs."

"This is the 2nd time we have eaten here. The food is excellent and plenty of it. My only constructive comment would be to request salad dressing on the side, my Dressing was very spicy, probably chilli, which I don't normally eat. They happily put leftovers in a take home container. We had Sharese as our waitress and she was just excellent."
