"Really good service, not sure the guys name but brought in a faulty backpack and he understood the fualt i had prevented the pack from actually being used for its intended purpose (used twice). Though there was some confusion around 12 month vs 6 month warranty he new on principle it should be covered and fixed the problem. Thats how you create loyal customers. Cheers mate!"
