"Would rate less if it were possible. Placed an order online and it said it was too late for that night, that was fine decided to place an order for the next day. Everything clearly stated the following day (the latest they close is 10.30and my order was placed after that time anyway) I went to bed a little over an hour after placing the order and when I went out to close our gate and lock the front door there was nothing on our porch but when my partner left the house for work at 4am he was greeted with nearly $100 of food going to waste on our front porch. At first I thought it must have been my mistake but the app, the confirmation email and even the receipt delivered with the meal were all dated for the following day to the. Nevermind the mix up accidents happen, I’d be happy to have taken the order …. If any of us were awake at the time of delivery. Nobody would’ve come to the door if they’d knocked, there was not a single light on, or even any white noise. Our property was closed up/locked for the night, zero signs of anyone being awake. I’d have accepted the order had I known about it, mistakes happen and coincidentally I think next day pizza is better anyway but it’s the lack of sense and customer service that followed the mistake. I didn't have any missed calls from someone even attempting to contact me after having to come through closed gates in pitch black to a dead silent house. The lack of common sense and level of customer service doesn’t even deserve a whole star in my opinion. Upon all of the clues provided to them the delivery driver never thought something was off. One phone call or even just rereading the receipt after using common sense would have been all it took. The cost means this is a treat for us and now we’ve just basically given away nearly $100 when we could hardly afford it to start with. I’m is usually a people pleaser, it has taken me a long time to place this review and had they done more than just leave $100 order on my door step atleast an hour after they’d closed, even attempted to contact me, I’d have been fine with it."
