"Had a leak into passage from shower phoned and 1st call asked for a call back waited a few days then phoned again there was no record of the call the previous week never mind can a plumber come to check what is leaking and price to replace shower, yes will be at yours 3.45 this afternoon, nobody turned up then today 8.30 am plumber turned up 3 weeks after he was supposed to be here! He was very apologetic. Perhaps I should have phoned after he didn't turn up but frankly was not impressed with service enough to bother. Did have Thomas for dishwasher repair and although he couldn't fix the problem he was very prompt and friendly."
