We take pride in being a historical embodiment of the place, reminding people of the vibrant and lively New Brighton that it once was, and hopefully will be once again. Our goal is to provide the best quality food, drinks, and service to our friendly customers. Saturdays is a place where children can play, people can relax, and friends can meet.
Located across from the beach, with its architecturally unique pier and scenic coastline, Saturdays offers a stunning view that adds to the overall experience. Our cafe is not just about the food, but also about the ambiance and the atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.
One of our signature dishes, the porridge, is a true work of art. It looks like it should be displayed in a museum of modern art, complete with turmeric poached pear. This is just one example of the attention to detail and creativity that goes into every dish we serve.

"Everything about this cafe is beautiful. The food is so well presented and tastes amazing, the customer service was really good! The lady greeted us at our table and took our orders by memory. The best iced mocha i have had in a while and the views of the beach from the tables are even better. The only problem is the bathrooms are also shared with the hot pools so they are in constant use, better to go over to the library. I also noticed they sell plants so make sure you bring some cash if you want any."
"We went there on Saturday. It was almost 1 PM but the place was very busy! We ordered light meals and waited 20 minutes for our food to arrive. Although we were not hungry, the food tasted a little plain. We can enjoy the view by the sea which was a highlight of this cafe. Otherwise, average place to go."
"i come here often and it is usually a good time with yum food but today was different when my fried chicken looked completely un edible. i talked to the manager and told him i didn’t feel comfortable eating it and he told me that it was fine while talking over me and did not offer any further suggestions. the left was what the chicken looked like to the rest of it."
