Furthermore, we are pleased to inform tenants in Waipā District Council's pensioner housing units that there will be a modest rental increase from next month. This adjustment will ensure the sustainability and maintenance of these housing units, providing a comfortable and secure environment for our valued residents.

As part of our commitment to community development, we are excited to announce the approval of the advancement of six cul-de-sacs in Te Ara Rimu, Kihikihi pathway. This evolutionary move will enhance the connectivity and accessibility of the area, creating a more vibrant and connected community.

Additionally, there is a proposal to construct a waste to energy plant in Te Awamutu, which has recently been reactivated. This innovative project aims to contribute to sustainable energy solutions and reduce waste in our region.
