I have to say I was impressed, first time I actually got proper clear instructions of why my hair was being cut by Amber in a certain way, what results we were going to get by doing that way. Colour was also designed to be a gradual change rather than a hair damaging strip and then colour. Amber's technical skills were extremely professional, and then Eden coloured my hair, in conjunction with Amber, and I was really happy with the result, and the care I received right down to the wash from the lovely young lady (whose name escapes me).
