"My first time at Boyd Park, what a beautiful setting for a sports field. Nice and clean facilities, lots of seating, I was very impressed."
"The best and most scenic sports fields in all of the mighty Waikato. Friendly folk about and public toilets on site. And with the mountain right above showing off it's beauty (Mt Te Aroha) it's a great place to be, any time of year."
"Bmx track is awesome. My 6 year old can get around most of it, then trails and bridge over to the skateboard Park for something else to ride on. Spent a good 2hrs+ there and will be back."
"Nice park... didn't see toilets but I'm sure they have them"
"Sportfields including a decent sized grandstand, fully fenced netball courts with a spectator shelter and a pavilion. The facilities are well maintained by the council and the overall setting is peaceful and tranquil, with Mt Te Aroha as the backdrop. Great for exercising dogs or just walking, as there are tracks in the wetland. Plenty of off street parking, even when it's a bit busy."
