"I found this place really good dentally however I did not appreciate how I think was reception calling me.. telling me I missed an appointment.. (that I never made) and then telling me I must go regularly and that if I didn't the ministry of health would not like payments if my son has heaps of dental work blah blah blah I decide when my son's going to the dental nobody else and it's very unprofessional and puts me off going back.. because of this.. so rude .."

Nick takes the time to explain procedures, and has an extremely professional and caring manner. When specialist treatment is needed referral and follow up is very quick.
