When it comes to cleanliness, we prioritize hygiene and sanitation. Our machines are regularly cleaned, and we use clean rinse water, which is not recycled, in every wash cycle. Our dedicated cleaners also perform routine sanitizing and extra hot wash cycles if necessary.

If you're wondering about specific laundry items, such as feather or down duvets, we have you covered. Our washers can accommodate these delicate items, but we recommend using a minimum 18kg washer and checking the care label for specific instructions. To aid in drying, we suggest adding clean tennis balls to the dryer, as they help break up the feathers or down.

Temperature is another important factor to consider. Our hot wash cycle reaches a maximum temperature of 60-65 degrees, while our dryers operate at a high temperature of 87 degrees. Always refer to the care label for temperature guidelines.

For pet owners, we have dedicated animal blanket machines available at many of our locations. These 28kg super large washers have special Pet Blanket Wash Cycles, which include extra pre-wash and rinse steps. They can also be used for extra dirty laundry.

If you need to use bleach to wash your duvets, please check the care label first. For feather or down filling, up to a cup of bleach can be used, but we recommend using a Warm Gentle Wash Cycle for safety. Wool items, on the other hand, can be washed on a Cold Gentle Wash Cycle, but they cannot be tumble dried. Air drying and flat drying are recommended.

Lastly, for wool-filled duvets or Woolrests, please use a minimum 18kg washer and check the care label for specific instructions. These items should only be washed on a Gentle Cold Cycle and air dried.
