Need to de-stress and find your inner calm? Join us for our Morning Meditation sessions in Tauranga on October 9th and 16th from 9:00 am to 9:15 am. Led by TGA Student Health, these guided meditations will help you start your day on the right foot and find peace amidst the pressures of exams.

Feeling overwhelmed? Take a break and join us for Pet Therapy on October 19th from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at Ātea – Tauranga Campus. Located on Durham Street, this event offers a chance to enjoy a free meal and receive some much-needed cuddles from our furry four-pawed friends from Canine Pet Therapy NZ. Beat the exam blues and boost your mood with the healing power of animals.
