"7 staff. It took 4 to hold up the counter and only 3 worked as I waited for my on line order. To be fair if you are not busy you should be cleaning the front counter. It is after all what is seen when you 1st walk in. A staff training sign on the counter. I wouldn't be impressed if my staff we being trained and paid to gossip. I arrived at the time given to collect my order and left 20minutes later when it was actually ready. 1st time going and wasn't an overly pleasant experience."
