"I had an appointment at 10am I walked in the lady's face said it all she had a look of disgust maybe because I'm a big girl but I felt it the instant I walked in . I was 8 minutes late even though I left from Halswell at 9.30 there was a crash on Harper Ave and it was backed up I tried to tell her it was also hard to find the place but she didn't care . She said she cant do my tan until 10.30 which I couldn't do it, the next customer wasnt there . She wouldn't budge she clearly didn't want to tan me. So I said I'll have to cancel she was rude and didn't even reply so I walked out definitely don't recommend . It's hard enough to find a tanning salon that doesn't make you feel uncomfortable being plus size but this lady was rude and doesn't know how to deal with customers ."
