"I had a terrible experience, and was treated like some sort of drug seeking lunatic. so I'm at Countdown ferrymead pharmacy when after handing a prescription in I was then told by the counter clerk that he'd have to call my doctor to verify whether I was allowed these meds...... , now bear in mind , I can barely walk @ this point due to a hip flexor severe injury . He then left a message with my doc .....I waited 30 more minutes in severe pain , he then lied and said " karl...the doctor rung. And cancelled prescription " , now I then called linwood medical, above eastgate mall....and found that the pharmacist had actually not even heard back from doctor , but had taken matters one step too far , to put it mildly and had cancelled prescription on his own authorization " which is illegal " this will be taken further . Stay tuned for my next update after he gives me his name " which he refused too this avo,," ."
"Going to go to another pharmacy. They never answer the phone. When you turn up to pick up medication they ignore you and don't even acknowledge you are there. So many bad reviews here. Is anything going to be done?"
"No one cares, pharmacy is just a shambles, with uncaring staff that don't even know how to speak English. Fruit and veg are always of poor quality at outrageous prices. Stick to local fruit and veg shops best place go buy all these goods."

"Won't be going back to this pharmacy. The staff just ignore you. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes and they just avoided all eye contact and ignored me completely. One pharmacist in particular is especially miserable and rude but I wont name names here."
